Jason Wild

Jason Wild, Chairman

Jason Wild is the President and Chief Investment Officer of JW Asset Management, LLC, the advisor for three investment partnerships. Mr. Wild received his license as a pharmacist in 1997, and subsequently founded JW Asset Management, LLC in 1998. The firm has a strong history of finding opportunities within the specialty pharmaceutical sector. He is a graduate of the Arnold and Marie Schwartz College of Pharmacy where he received a bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
Thomas Hoeppner

Thomas Hoeppner, Ph.D.

Dr. Thomas Hoeppner received his license as a pharmacist in 1991 and obtained a Ph.D. in natural sciences from the University of Hamburg in 1994. He joined G. Pohl-Boskamp GmbH & Co. KG in 1997. The company was founded in 1835 with a strong history of 175 years experience in pharmaceutical production and product development. Since 2008 he is Executive Director. Additionally he is Head of the National and International Sales Department.

Allen Chao, Ph.D.

Dr. Chao was a co-founder of Watson Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a specialty pharmaceutical company, serving as a director from 1985 to May 2008, Chairman of the Board of Directors from May 1996 to May 2008, and Chief Executive Officer from 1985 to September 2007. While at Watson, Dr. Chao oversaw the company’s growth, through internal R&D, licensing and acquisitions of pharmaceutical products and technologies, as well as mergers and acquisition activities. Dr. Chao received a Ph.D. in industrial and physical pharmacy from Purdue University in 1973. In May of 2000, he received the degree of Doctor of Science from Purdue in recognition of his leadership and vision for the production and marketing of pharmaceutical products.
Michael Fedida

Michael J. Fedida

Michael J. Fedida has served for the past 30 years as an officer and director of several retail pharmacies, wholly or partially owned by him. Mr. Fedida served on the Board of Directors of Circa Pharmaceuticals, Inc, from 1988 to 1995, at which time Circa was acquired by Watson Pharmaceuticals. Mr. Fedida was a director of Bradley Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a specialty pharmaceutical company, from April 2004 to February 21, 2008. Bradley Pharmaceuticals was sold to Nycomed, a privately held pharmaceutical company, on February 21, 2008.
Mr. Fedida has served as an outside director at Watson Pharmaceuticals, Inc from July 1995 to present. He is currently serving on the Regulatory Compliance Committee and the Compensation Committee at Watson Pharmaceuticals, Inc. He is a graduate of Queens College where he received a bachelor's degree. He is a graduate of the Brooklyn College of Pharmacy where he received a bachelor's degree in pharmacy and received a Master's degree in Drug Information and Communication from Long Island University.
Ed Schutter

Ed Schutter

Ed Schutter has over 25 years of pharmaceutical industry experience and served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Sciele (Shionogi) Pharmaceuticals prior to joining Arbor. Prior to his Sciele experience, Ed served as VP of Global Business development at Solvay Pharmaceuticals based in Basel, Switzerland. He also held several senior management roles in commercial operations at the U.S. subsidiary of Solvay during his twenty years with the organization. He began his pharmaceutical career with Reid-Provident Labs, a small entrepreneurial pharmaceutical company based in Atlanta, Ga. Ed has a BS in Pharmacy from Mercer University and an MBA from Kennesaw State University.

Todd Sone

Todd Sone is a Partner with Signet Healthcare Partners, a private equity fund that provides growth capital to commercial-stage healthcare companies. He previously worked at Joddes Limited, an investment holding company based in Montreal, Canada with significant ownership interests in a number of commercial-stage healthcare companies, including Pharmascience Inc., Paladin Labs (TMX:PLB), Medicom Inc, and Oral Science Inc. Prior to joining Joddes, Todd was a pharmaceutical equity analyst at Morgan Stanley. He holds a B.Com (High Distinction) from the University of Toronto and the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
